Worship is not just singing at church; it's the weapon God's people use to connect the heart to His truth, whether they are heading into hard battles or celebrating breakthroughs. Like Jehoshaphat's army in 2 Chronicles 20, we win by surrender, not strategy, and worship resets our fear and reminds us where refuge is found.

Pastor Bill introduces the new series Playlist by explaining that the Psalms were literally the sung playlist of God's people, covering every emotion and season. He explains that Psalm 1 and Psalm 2 set up the whole book by asking what shapes us and who we trust, and that this is why worship matters no matter what season we're in.
