Faith Over Fear

The world will always have its shipwrecks — storms, losses, scary headlines — and God doesn't promise to steer us around them. Through Paul's shipwreck in Acts 27, we see that God gives us four anchors — His presence, His promise, His plan, and His power — that let us stay calm and faithful even while the storm rages and the ship goes down.

God's faithfulness doesn't depend on our timeline, and Abraham's story shows that faith isn't the absence of fear but trusting God in spite of it. When we settle for less than what God promised, we start looking around instead of up; the cross is the eternal proof that God keeps His word even when the wait is long.
