God's Pursuing Love

Jesus keeps bringing us back to the fundamentals: love God with everything in us, and let that love overflow into how we treat the people around us. Through the story of the prodigal son and the parable of the good Samaritan, Pastor Jeff shows that faith isn't about looking good on the outside — it's about recognizing our need for God, responding to His love, and then becoming a neighbor to the people we'd rather avoid.

In the parable of the two lost sons, Jesus shows that every person is lost — whether by running from God like the younger son, or by hiding in religious self-righteousness like the older son. The good news is that God runs toward the lost, and worth in His family comes not through work, but through being born into it.
