Drawing from Nehemiah 2, Pastor Rocky argues that true, godly character is not the absence of fear but the decision to act anyway — rooted in a clear-eyed understanding of who God actually is. Just as Nehemiah spent four months in prayer before boldly approaching a dangerous king, character is forged in seasons of waiting, expressed when we seek God instead of relying on ourselves, and proven when we step into hard things rather than stay comfortable.
