Renewing Your Mind

True mental health is not something we manufacture by trying harder — it flows from seeing God rightly, seeing ourselves as the new people He has made us, and letting our minds be renewed. King Saul shows what happens when a false view of God curdles into insecurity, jealousy, and darkness; Scripture points us instead to fixing our thoughts on what is true and surrendering fully to God's love.

We live in exile in a culture that no longer shares our values, just like Daniel did in Babylon. But God doesn't ask us to fight or fix that culture — He asks us to refuse to be molded by it, to renew our minds to His point of view, and to trust Him with the outcome.
