God still speaks to us today, not through a mountaintop encounter but through His word, which carries His very breath and life. As we read Scripture, let it search us, and respond in trust, God corrects, teaches, and equips us for the life He made us for.

Spiritual health isn't produced by giving God one hour a week; it grows when we stay connected to the real Jesus, stay consistent with Him even when it's boring, and stay committed to Him even when it's painful. God isn't distant or moody; He wants a real relationship with us, not just to be a vending machine for our requests. Like the Israelites gathering manna one day at a time, we grow strong by relying on God daily, resting weekly, and remembering His faithfulness always — not by trying to collect blessings and skip the relationship.
